About Mai'ana Creations

Hafa Adai! My name is Juls, creator of Mai'ana Creations. I was born and raised on the beautiful island of Guam. I started this small business as a polymer clay artist when me and my husband were stationed in Louisiana. Since moving back home to Guam, I have gained a new business partner (my son), and a newfound creativity inspired by my local environment.

MAI’ANA is the CHamoru word for “Bleeding Heart Flower”. Bleeding heart flowers are often interpreted as the flower of compassion and unconditional love for uniqueness in everything in creation.   

My origin is CHamoru and to be part of a culture that isn’t very well known, I incorporated my roots to constantly remind me that no matter where I go, or what I accomplish, to never forget my origin. Every piece I create will always remind me of Guam somehow. With my ideas, I am happy to create beautiful things and share them with you.

Mai'ana Creations' vision is to create unique gifts to make each person feel special while creating quality items.
