Mai'ana Creations is NOT RESPONSIBLE for any delays or lost mail once your item has been dropped off to the post office. Please contact your local post office for further information regarding your package.
INTERNATIONAL:
International orders are subjected to custom fees. USPS does not provide us with information on which countries charge customs or how much the fees are. Please use a customs calculator to estimate duty fees in your country.
Please keep in mind that international shipments are delayed due to COVID-19. It is not uncommon to see shipment times up to 3 months. Please be prepared for delays when placing international orders.
RESHIPMENTS:
If the package is returned to sender, or needs to be re shipped for any reason, the customer will be responsible for reshipment fees.
